She has also spent time working in the pro bono and community legal sector as the former manager of Pro Bono Connect and the Refugee and Asylum Seeker Project at JusticeNet SA. Molly also has experience in family law and child protection.

In 2021, Molly was appointed by the Courts Administration Authority (SA) as the Step up to the Bar Program participant (a joint initiative of the Chief Justice of SA and SABA) where she had the opportunity to work closely with various members of the judiciary on matters in the Supreme Court, the District Court, the Youth Court, SACAT and the Federal Courts (both in the general and family jurisdictions).

Molly accepts briefs in most areas of law and appears in all major courts and tribunals. Molly is also available to accept opinion briefs and undertake advice work. Molly is pleased to consider pro bono briefs via referral through JusticeNet SA.

Molly is also a mediator accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System.
